Restricted areas: There is a shed in the lot (not available for guest use).  Inside the house, there are 4 cabinets that will be locked to keep some of the owner's belongings.

Neighborhood highlights

Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley is a Condominium Community. The resort is conveniently located southwest of Orlando, a short distance from the major theme parks and shopping centers. Within the gated community are numerous amenities, including a clubhouse, large pool, laundry, two bathhouses and a recreation building. Owner generated activities and entertainment events add to the sense of community spirit.

I have a large fully landscaped lot for rent.  It has 2 palm trees and a perimeter privacy hedge    45x75    90%pavers.  50 amp full hook up with included private internet if you work from your RV or simply need internet ( not wifi).  Park is gated so safe and secure. Park has a very nice pool with laundry , exercise building and washrooms. It's 5 minutes to groceries and 10 minutes to everything else you need. Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley is just a few miles to Disney World, Beaches  and Orlando attractions. It is convenient to shopping and is only minutes to downtown Clermont, FL. 

Max of 2 pets that are not aggressive, 6 persons and two vehicles plus your RV are allowed per lot.

Lot includes Water,  Sewer,  Cable (requires renter to pick up a box from Spectrum), and trash.

Wi-Fi is the responsibility of the renter.  Electric 30/50 is not included in rent.
